Free Business Tools for UAE & GCC Companies

Three small tools we kept rebuilding for clients, so we made them public. No sign-up, no account, no email.

Every one of these runs in your browser. There is no registration form, no free trial that expires, no watermark on what you download and no limit on how many times you use them. They are aimed at business owners, accountants, freelancers and finance and operations teams in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC — the day-to-day jobs of working out VAT, getting an invoice out, and turning a spreadsheet export into one clean chart.

Short answer: FT-Services publishes three free online business tools for the UAE and GCC — a VAT calculator covering the UAE 5%, Saudi 15% and Bahrain 10% rates, a PDF invoice generator with logo, TRN and VAT fields, and a chart generator that turns a CSV or Excel file into a downloadable chart. All three are free and need no sign-up.

Who these tools are for

They were built for the situations that come up constantly in a small UAE or GCC business and never quite justify buying software:

  • A quote needs a VAT figure. A customer asks for the price including VAT, or sends you a VAT-inclusive total and you need the net. The VAT calculator does both, at all three GCC rates.
  • A one-off invoice needs to go out today. A freelancer, a new company, or a business whose accounting system is not set up yet. The invoice generator produces a proper PDF with a TRN, a VAT line, a signature and a stamp.
  • A number needs to become a picture. A board pack, a supplier review, a monthly report. The chart generator takes the export you already have and hands back a PNG.

None of them require an account, and none of them hold your data hostage behind a paywall at the download step.

Why a software company gives these away

FT-Services is a Dubai software studio. We build custom software, AI integration and business automation for companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC — order and workflow automation, accounting integrations with Odoo, QuickBooks, Tally and Zoho, WhatsApp automation, delivery and driver apps and custom apps and dashboards.

These three tools are the manual version of things we normally automate inside a client's systems. If you find yourself using one of them every week, that is a fair signal the job should be running by itself — and that is the conversation we are happy to have. Until then, use the tools, no strings attached.

Frequently asked questions

Are these business tools really free?

Yes. All three are free to use with no sign-up, no account, no email address and no trial period. There is no watermark on anything you download and no cap on how many times you use them.

Do I need to create an account or install anything?

No. Every tool runs in your web browser on desktop or mobile. There is nothing to download, install or register for.

What tools are available?

A VAT calculator for the UAE 5%, Saudi Arabia 15% and Bahrain 10% standard rates; a PDF invoice generator with logo, TRN, VAT, signature and stamp support in AED, SAR, USD and EUR; and a chart generator that turns a CSV or Excel file into a downloadable PNG chart.

Is my data safe when I use them?

The invoice generator builds your PDF on your own device and never sends the invoice contents to a server. The chart generator parses your spreadsheet in your browser, so the file contents never leave your computer. We do record anonymous usage counts — which tool was opened, which chart type or currency was picked — so we can see whether these tools are worth maintaining.

Who made these tools?

FT-Services, a software studio based in Dubai that builds custom software, AI integration and business automation for companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You can reach the team at sales@ftservices.ae or on +971 50 915 0391.

Can these tools replace proper accounting software?

No, and they are not meant to. They are quick single-purpose utilities. Nothing they produce is tax, accounting or legal advice, and you are responsible for checking any figure or document before you rely on it — see the terms of use below.
